Terms and Conditions for Pageant Prints Custom Merchandise and Graphic Design Services

Welcome to Pageant Prints. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any order for our custom pageant merchandise and graphic design services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview
Pageant Prints ("we", "us", or "our") specializes in the creation of custom graphic designs and pageant merchandise. All design work and merchandise produced by Pageant Prints is subject to the terms and conditions listed here. These terms govern your use of our services and your relationship with us. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Custom Design Orders
All custom designs, whether for merchandise or graphic design services, are non-refundable. Each custom order is designed specifically for you based on your specifications, and as such, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom items.
2.1 Design-Only Services
Orders notated as "Design Service Only" mean that Pageant Prints will provide the customer with the final approved design files. The customer is responsible for printing the design material with a print vendor of their choice. Pageant Prints is not responsible for any issues or discrepancies that arise during the printing process by third-party vendors.
3. Order Process
3.1 Proofing Process
After placing an order, Pageant Prints will send you a digital proof of your custom design for review and approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, design layout, and color accuracy.
We will not produce or ship any physical merchandise until the client has given explicit approval of the final proof. Any delays in approval may result in a delay in production and shipping timelines.
3.2 Revisions
You may request revisions to the design during the proofing stage. However, excessive revisions may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made, and the design will move forward to production or final delivery of digital assets.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order for all custom designs and merchandise. Payment can be made through the methods offered on our website.
Once payment is received and the proof is approved, we will proceed with production or delivery of the final digital files.
5. Shipping & Production
For orders involving physical products, production begins only after approval of the proof. Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the type of merchandise ordered. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order but are subject to change based on availability and order volume.
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
Pageant Prints retains ownership of all custom designs created. By purchasing a custom design, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, reproduce, or use the design for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Pageant Prints.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, & Returns
As all custom designs and merchandise are made to order, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are permitted once the design process has begun or once the proof has been approved. Cancellations will only be accepted if the design process has not yet started.
8. Errors and Omissions
Pageant Prints is not liable for any errors or omissions on your part, including but not limited to, typos, incorrect spelling, or inaccurate design preferences provided during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to review all materials provided and ensure accuracy before approving the final proof.
9. Logo Usage Policy
By placing an order with Pageant Prints, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they have obtained all necessary permissions and rights from their organization or any third party to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material included in their design. Pageant Prints assumes no responsibility for verifying the legal use of logos or trademarks, and any liability arising from unauthorized use is solely the responsibility of the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pageant Prints is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that arise from the use of third-party printing services, including but not limited to, color variations, material defects, or quality discrepancies. The customer assumes full responsibility when using third-party printing vendors.
